Senior Pastor - Shaun Wick

Pastor Shaun and his wife Julia have been with the Gospel Chapel since 2001. They truly love Vanderhoof and feel absolutely blessed to be a part of the Gospel Chapel family and this community.
Pastor Shaun is passionate about leading others into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and feels most at home when he is sharing and teaching the Word of God with others. Pastor Shaun received his Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Columbia Bible College in Abbotsford, BC and is currently working towards his Masters of Divinity from ACTS Seminaries at Trinity Western University in Langley, BC. He is a Jazz aficionado and avid coffee drinker and has been known to do some of his best thinking and writing at the local coffee shop.
Julia is a professional piano teacher, having received her Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Music Diploma in piano performance, and enjoys being involved in various ministries at the Gospel Chapel. She has a particular passion for what God is doing among children.
Pastor Shaun and Julia are very excited about the plans God has for the Gospel Chapel and they look forward to hearing about what God is doing in the lives of people in our church and in our community.

Pastor of Youth- Dan MacGillivray

Dan and his wife Kristy have been with the Chapel since June of 2009. They are proud to call Vanderhoof home, and want nothing more than to be here as long as the Lord allows. Pastor Dan is a graduate of Peace River Bible Institute and has been involved with various youth ministries over the last seven years. Dan enjoys sports, reading, lazy days around the house, and unlike everyone else around here is not a big fan of coffee. What really gets Dan excited however is talking about God and His word.
Kristy is also a PRBI alumnus. She enjoys anything crafty, a good book with a warm blanket, and just about anything with sugar or caffeine. Kristy has a deep thirst to know God more and delights in seeing others with that same desire. Dan and Kristy are passionate about making disciples for Jesus Christ through the transforming power of God's word. They desire nothing more than to see the youth of our church and community on fire for God without apology.

Tina Martens

Tina Martens and her husband Dwayne have been attending The Gospel Chapel since 1992. She came on staff in February of 2007. Tina is passionate about Kid's ministries. She has no greater joy than to watch kid's come to know Jesus as their personal Saviour and to grow in faith. Come and check out what we have to offer your kids.
